About Ordering
Stock items may take up to 3 business days to ship. 1-2 days is usual, however I am a one-person shop, and
sometimes life happens.
Items made to order (laser glass) may take up to two weeks to ship, and I'll send tracking when they go out.
International customers: Customs may cause delays and fees that I cannot predict or control.
For Europe and the UK, I can't pay VAT, and it may or may not be charged to you on arrival.
I'll provide a tracking number, and most parcels arrive safely,
but please know that after shipments leave the US they are out of my hands.
Light bases have US wall plugs and USB-A cables. I don't have other types of wall plug.
Sculptures may be returned, in good condition, for a full refund.
